Pastor's Letters

GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND OUR STRENGTH

Updated: Jul 28, 2023

Dear friends in Christ,

I have noticed lately that many of our parishioners, especially our young people, have been

asking for help with anxiety. It seems that more people than ever are struggling with this. If you

or someone you love suffers from anxiety, please know that the Lord desires to free you from it

and we are here to help.

I compiled this list of verses for you. Take some time and read through them. When one (or

more) resonate with you, make that your personal hope-word from God. Commit it to memory

and repeat it out loud when you start to feel anxious.

We, your priests, love you and care for you. We are here to help pastorally or if you need recommendations for mental health professionals.

May you know the peace of Christ,

Fr. Anthony
