i.e. an upcoming marriage or other sacrament, need legal proof of identification, to keep for personal records, etc.

Note: if records are for legal identification or for another sacrament you are making, you will need to pickup or have mailed a hard copy with the parish seal.


If you choose pickup, we will call/email you when they are ready and which church office location to come to.
